Go do the method for a bit (at least a few runs) to get an idea of how much money it is per hour if you're playing reasonably efficiently. Try to get an idea of whether the inputs and outputs actually buy/sell on the Grand Exchange, since for a few of these, that may be a concern. In some cases it may be useful to look at the [[rsw:Money making guide|RS3 version of the money making guide]] since some of these methods already have reasonable timings or other info that can be reused.

Once you have an estimate, write the article! For some good examples, check out:

|desc= To improve the accuracy of our [[Serum 208]] page, you will cure 1000 [[Afflicted]] around [[Mort'ton]], and keep track of the rewards they give you. This process will also involve making the Serum 208 in the [[Shades of Mort'ton (minigame)|Shades of Mort'ton minigame]].
|guidance=Using [[Serum 208]] on [[Afflicted]] turns them back into [[Mort'ton local]]s, after which they give the player a small reward. While right now the page has a rough drop table, we'd like a larger sample size, so we can aim for more accurate rarities and make sure the wiki isn't missing anything. Making Serum 208 requires participating in the [[Shades of Mort'ton (minigame)|Shades of Mort'ton minigame]], during which the player can use [[Serum 207]] (easily made or cheaply purchasable from the Grand Exchange) on the sacred flame to transform it into Serum 208. This requires at least 20% "Sanctity", which will build up through participation in the minigame. It may be useful to use the dedicated Shades of Mort'ton world for this part.


Once you have Serum 208, it can be used on the various Afflicted around town to transform them back into Mort'ton locals. They turn back into Afflicted fairly quickly, so it is probably not necessary to hop worlds to find more Afflicted (running around the town should suffice). Keep track of the rewards these locals give, including the type of the reward, the amount of the reward, and the local which gave it (though hopefully that doesn't make a difference). The task is to use 1000 doses (250 four-dose potions worth) of Serum 208 on the Afflicted, and should probably take a couple hours between creating the Serum 208 and using it on the Afflicted. In [[free-to-play]], this is in [[Al-Kharid]], but in [[members]] it is the [[Myths' Guild]]. We want your help thinking up pairs, adding them to the page, and measuring the distance between them.
|guidance=In theory, the page would encompass all sorts of interesting connections, which can be particularly useful to [[Ironman]] players. There is also a dedicated [[Closest.../Free-to-play]] page for the same purpose, but for non-members worlds. Some examples of potential entries are:

|task=Add the start/end points and timing of 200 teleports/other transportation things to our spreadsheet.
|desc=In order to finish our automatic pathfinding project (Google Maps for RuneScape!), we need to get an exhaustive list of all the ways you can move, besides walking. That includes teleports, spirit trees, ships, and even things like cave entrances and ladders. We specifically need the start and end points (if applicable -- teleports generally don't have start points), and how many ticks they take to do.
|guidance=We've created a RuneLite external plugin to make this way easier, and save you from having to write down everything by hand and do the timing yourself. You don't have to use it, but this will probably make the job 10 times faster.

To use it, click the Configuration wrench in RuneLite, scroll to the bottom and click "Plugin Hub", and then look for the "Teleport Logger" plugin. Installing it will add a little teleport icon to the right navigation menu. Click it, and it will expand to show an empty text panel. Doing a teleport (or any movement over 2 squares at once) should log the start/end/time to the panel, which you can copy to the spreadsheet, which can be found [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1U2IdamAF2PIqRcTcCgeJGvkVj8jLI7U0gfFeJWLGEkQ/edit?usp=sharing here]. '''In that spreadsheet, there's also a list of important TODO teleports (mostly boats)''', if you're looking for a nice subset to work on.

Important: getting an accurate time taken relies on you not standing in the starting point for any longer than is necessary, otherwise we'll get overestimated times. To deal with this, please be walking somewhere while you click the teleport. Don't pause before going up a ladder, et cetera.

Please try to add a useful description of what the "teleport" actually was (take inspiration from the first few entries in the sheet).

We're probably going to get some duplicates, but please try to do a Ctrl+F on the sheet first to see if the method you're about to try has already been done by someone else.

Probably the majority of the teleports here will be ladders and stairs, so it might be useful to just go through an entire city at once. And make sure to get both the up an down parts!

==Rules==
* You must have a wiki account and cannot be blocked. Anonymous edits will not count. You can sign up for a wiki account at [[Special:CreateAccount]].
* The reward for completion of a task will be one [[bond]] or equivalent [[coins]]. If multiple editors contribute to a goal then the prize may be split between them.
* Partial rewards may be awarded for completing part of a task, with a minimum award at 25% of a bond.
* A task must be completed in its entirety before any bonds or partial bonds are awarded for that task.
* If you are awarded a bond or a share of a bond, you can get in contact with one of the project runners on [https://discord.gg/runescapewiki Discord], and claim it in-game.
* You can claim a maximum of two bonds over each two week period that tasks are active.
