The '''karamthulhu''' is an unreleased [[NPC]] that was added to the game with the [[Rum Deal]] [[quest]]. It is nearly identical to the [[Karamthulhu (unused pet)|karamthulhu pet]], but lacks any right-click options and has a different examine text. Unlike the pet, this karamthulhu still exists in the game files.
