No permission to enter the inner area of the TzHaar city, the player's attempt to pass the Hot vent door starts dialogue with a TzHaar-Ket guard.

Set when TzHaar-Ket grants access (by showing a fire cape): I suppose so, I'll grant you access to Mor Ul Rek. The guards will open the gates for you, you are the first JalYt to pass these gates!

The player can pass through the hot vent door uninterrupted to the inner area of the TzHaar city.

Set when the player sacrifices a fire cape to TzHaar-Ket-Keh to unlock access to the Inferno: You hand over your cape to TzHaar-Ket-Keh. (In Leagues, this also completes a task.)

Unlocks access to the Inferno.

This has small changes to TzHaar-Ket dialogue when talking-to them, respectively.
