The Commander was the leader of the human army during the fourth stage of the 2013 Goblin Invasion. She was stationed in the Varrock Castle courtyard next to the portal to the goblin lair. The commander would explain that the only way to defeat the goblin High Priest was to gather cursed goblin equipment dropped by Goblin lieutenants.
