Iqbar Ali-Abdula is the name of the famed bug hunter and researcher that first studied the Kalphite species in the Kharidian Desert. Apparently, this research drove him insane, causing him to run into the desert, screaming. Whether he is still alive is unknown.

Iqbar is mentioned only in the Varrock Museum, by the Natural historian when discussing about the Kalphite Queen near her display.
