Palingrad

Palingrad is a penguin city within the Motherland.^[1] The Pescallion has declared that until research on the southern species was complete and a plan was developed, the Killer Gentoo Penguins operatives could not return to Palingrad.^[2]

Trivia

Palingrad is a portmanteau of "penguin" and the Soviet city of "Stalingrad".
