The Gnome Institute of Knowledge is a gnome research organisation. The institute is only briefly mentioned in Gnomic Negotiations, a lore found on the official RuneScape website, and has not made an appearance in-game.

The only known field of study is psychology. Dr. Darius Gnomalus, who is interviewed by a human, was Head of Psychology when the account was written a few years ago. It is possible that he still holds the position today.
