Tracks the amount of flour currently stored in a flour bin, equal to the amount of pots of flour that can be taken from the bin starting a an empty default of 0, up to a maximum of 30. It counts up when grain is dropped from the hopper into the mill when activating the hopper controls. Counts down upon collecting flour in a pot from the flour bin.
