(p) is a suffix indicating a weapon or type of ammunition is poisonous and has been coated in weapon poison.

All metal arrows (including amethyst), normal metal bolts, darts, and throwing knives can have weapon poison applied. Most daggers, spears and hastae may be poisoned as well.
