  You need a small, medium, large and giant pouch in order to combine them together.

Use abyssal needle on a pouch

• If the player doesn't have 85 Runecraft:
  • You need level 85 Runecraft to even attempt stitching these together.
• If the player doesn't have 56 Crafting:

• If the player has 85 Runecraft and 56 Crafting:
  • You are attempting to combine all your essence pouches into one colossal pouch. All of your essence pouches will be consumed in the process.

      You attempt to stitch together all of the pouches. It's difficult, but you eventually craft a strange, kind of gross, fleshy container. It seems capable of storing up to 40 essence.
