      • Player: Does this aggressive business model always work?
      • Emma: 9 times out of 10. Though I wouldn't call it aggressive... I just like cutting straight to the point.

    • Who are you?
      • Player: Who are you?
      • Emma: My name is Emma. I LOVE hair! There are so many cool things you can do with it.
      • Player: I suppose there are. Have you always been a hairdresser?
      • Emma: No, I used to be a sheep shearer. However, the farmer wasn't too happy when I dyed his favourite sheep pink and gave it a side-cut.
      • Emma: Anyway, enough chit-chat. What can I help you with?
      • (Shows other options)
    • Who is that girl over there?
      • Player: Who is that girl over there?
      • Emma: That's Suzie, my sister. She's a bit shy around strangers, but a lovely person! I just wish more people would see that.
      • Player: Doesn't she talk to anyone?
      • Emma: Only to me. She wants to, it's just... difficult.
      • Emma: She likes being around the shop. My hope is that when more customers come in, she'll gradually get used to strangers and open up a bit more.
      • Player: It's sweet of you to help her like that.
      • Emma: Thank you. Now... What can I do for you?
      • (Shows other options)
    • Actually, nevermind.
      • Player: Actually, nevermind.
