The Kourend favour certificate was a quest reward for completing Client of Kourend. Reading this granted the player 20% favour towards a city of their choosing, where there would be a confirmation message before doing so. Should the player have wished to use it some other time, they could destroy it (if bank space was an issue) and reclaim it from Veos in Port Piscarilius. This item could not leave a placeholder.

If the player had not started gaining Piscarilius favour, it was recommended to use the certificate to bypass the first 20% favour there, as it was costly and time consuming requiring three planks and nine nails per 0.5% favour gained.

The certificate was removed alongside the entire Kourend Favour system on 10 January 2024 with the release of Children of the Sun.
