Rejuvenation is a prayer from the Ruinous Powers prayer book, unlocked at level 60 Prayer. It can be used by selecting the Ruinous Powers relic in Trailblazer Reloaded League.

Rejuvenation increases the natural hitpoint regeneration rate to 1 hitpoint every ~20 seconds, making it a superior variant to Rapid Heal, which regenerates 1 Hitpoint per 30 seconds.

Activating and deactivating Rejuvenation resets the countdown timer natural health regeneration to 20 seconds or 60 seconds, respectively. This effect can be useful in places such as Nightmare Zone, to prevent health regeneration, or to reset the timer for overhealing (such as with anglerfish) to prevent Hitpoints from decreasing.

The prayer was originally available to use on a beta world as part of the DT2 Rewards Beta after having passed the relevant consultation poll, where players could playtest it in various content before a second poll was brought forward to ask players whether they'd like the prayers to be implemented in the live game as a reward from completing the quest Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire.
