The safety guarantee is a quest item used in Mountain Daughter quest. It is given to the player by Brundt the Chieftain to guarantee Svidi safe passage into Rellekka. When you try to get two of these using the drop trick, a message appears, You don't need another one, really. but it can still be collected via Telekinetic grab.
