The stone left arm is a quest item found in the Enakhra's Lament quest. It is obtained by searching a statue made by the player after it has been dropped through the roof of the underground temple in the desert near the Bandit Camp. Repeatedly searching the statue will also yield a stone right arm, a stone left leg and a stone right leg.

The limbs are used to unlock doors in the underground temple in order to continue the quest.
