The stone right leg is a quest item found in the Enakhra's Lament quest. It is obtained by searching a statue made by the player after it has dropped through the roof of the underground temple in the desert near the Bandit Camp. Repeatedly searching the statue will also yield a stone left arm, a stone right arm and a stone left leg.

The limbs are used to unlock doors in the underground temple in order to be able to continue with the quest.
