Eye of the Artisan was a Tier 3 Relic in the Twisted League. It could be chosen once the player has chosen a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Relic, and has earned 1,200 points. Eye of the Artisan gave the following benefit:

• Players receive double the usual amount of experience from Smithing, Cooking, Firemaking, Herblore, Fletching, Crafting and Construction. This stacks with any existing experience multipliers.
