Pineapple rings are obtained by using a knife on a pineapple or a tenti pineapple and choosing the "slice" option. 4 pineapple rings are obtained for each pineapple that is sliced. If the "dice" option is chosen, the player will receive Pineapple chunks instead.

If eaten, it heals 2 hit points.
