The Trapdoor table is found in Meiyerditch, and can be opened to permanently reveal the Trapdoor tunnel during the Darkness of Hallowvale quest. The revealed tunnel leads to one of the nearby houses and must be used to traverse through Meiyerditch to reach the Myreque Hideout.
