The Spiders' nest is found on the 1st floor[UK]2nd floor[US] of the Sinclair Mansion. During the Murder Mystery quest, the nest must be investigated to see if David used the poison he bought from the Poison salesman on it. If the nest is not poisoned, David is the murderer of Lord Sinclair, otherwise the murderer is one of the other residents of the mansion. Before and after the quest, the nest cannot be investigated, as the guards' permission is needed.
