Mubariz gives introductions to the Emir's Arena. He will teach how the Emir's Arena works. You can ask him for a fight through a dialogue about asking 'This place looks really old, where did it come from?'. However, he will just laugh at you if you try to challenge him.

He runs the PvP Arena Rewards shop, where players can trade in points obtained from fighting in the arena for rewards.
