A siphon will solve this is a master combat achievement which requires players to kill Nex without letting her heal from her Blood Siphon special attack.
Strategy
Players must not attack Nex after she shouts A siphon will solve this! as any damage done during that period will heal her instead. Any Blood Reavers that spawn must also be killed before she uses the special attack again.
