Barrel of flour is used in the Murder Mystery quest, and is located inside the Sinclair Mansion's kitchen.
During the quest, players can use the barrel to fill their pots with flour, which then can be used to dust the criminal's dagger and various silver items belonging to the suspects inside the mansion in order to collect the fingerprints using flypaper found inside the gardener's shed outside the mansion.
