Soar Leader Pitri is an NPC found at the top of the large tree in the Hunter Guild. Caretaker of the guild's quetzals, players who have completed 10 Hunters' Rumours can receive a basic quetzal whistle blueprint from them for free, or 500 coins for subsequent purchases.

Charging quetzal whistles

Pitri can recharge a player's quetzal whistles by bringing certain raw meats from hunter creatures. The items must be present in the player's inventory, not as banknotes or stored in meat pouches.

While players can have multiple quetzal whistles in their inventory, only the first whistle will be charged. Additionally, recharging will use raw meat until the whistle is fully charged; any charges beyond the maximum capacity of the whistle will be lost.

Each tier of quetzal whistle store an increasing number of charges:
