Blizzard Dodger is an elite combat achievement which requires the player to receive kill-credit for the Ice Demon without activating the Protect from Range prayer.
Strategy
By having another player use protect from range and dodge the demon's attacks in the center of the room, additional players can stand on the north/eastern walls and avoid the demon's aggression completely. Using Fire Surge will help secure kill-credit over players using ranged.
