The chest is a piece of scenery located in Frankie's Fishing Emporium. It cannot be interacted with.
History
Before the removal of favour, the cooling chest was located in Frankie's house on the docks of Port Piscarilius. The chest was used to deposit fresh fish in exchange for Port Piscarilius favour before favour was removed. The fresh fish could be gathered from barrels of fish found along the docks, but they had to be deposited in the cooling chest before a minute passed, otherwise the fish would be lost as it was no longer fresh.
