The customer is one of the many dwarves that live in Keldagrim, the capital of the Dwarven Realm. She is currently searching the shelves upstairs in the city's library.
She is very annoyed by even the smallest noise; when spoken to, she will do little more than scold the player for talking too loud and will point at a sign that is not actually there.
