Field rations can be bought from the Void Knight General Store in the Pest Control hub or Jennifer's General Supplies in Shayzien. They can be eaten to restore 10 hitpoints, making them effectively equivalent to tuna.
Field rations are not commonly used by players either in Pest Control or beyond. Healing is not typically a priority in Pest Control because there is no penalty for death and players respawn immediately with their health and prayer replenished. Outside of Pest Control, there are simply cheaper and more effective alternatives available in greater quantities.
