The Gnome statue depicting Glough can be found on the top floor of Glough's house. It is used during the beginning of Monkey Madness II to open a cupboard that contains the book of spyology.
Investigating the statue gives the message You notice the statue is on a small rotating stand. Turning the statue will give the message You turn the statue and hear a clicking sound in the room.
