Grubs à la mode is a dish eaten by the Dorgeshuun. They appear to be cave bug larva or a similar type of grub, served cold. The term à la mode has a French etymology.

Grubs à la mode heal 2 hitpoints when eaten, and boost Cooking by 1. They can only be obtained by selling food to gourmets in Dorgesh-Kaan market. Sometimes, when the player sells an item, the gourmet will give the player a Dorgeshuun dish in addition to coins.
