Marsha is involved in the 2022 Pride event. She will either ask, along with her girlfriend Sylvia, the player to try and spur their friends Alan and Oscar into getting together as a couple, or Alan and Oscar will request the same for Sylvia and Marsha, in exchange for a quality violet tulip seed.

• Marsha is a reference to Marsha P. Johnson, an African-American gay liberation activist during the late 20th century, who was known for co-founding the radical activist group S.T.A.R. (Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries) alongside close friend Sylvia Rivera, whom the NPC Sylvia is a reference to.
