Morgiana is a retired knight found in the Uzer Oasis within the Kharidian Desert. She is a former knight of Saradomin, descending from a long line of Saradominist warriors, many of whom died in battle. After retiring, she moved to the Uzer Oasis in the hopes of finding a more peaceful life. Despite the desert heat, she wears armour and weapons, heirlooms from her ancestors, to deter any bandits who may pass through the area.

- She appears to wear a Justiciar chestguard, a 3rd age plateskirt (in the colours of Justiciar legguards), steel boots and wield a Saradomin sword and a kiteshield that somewhat resembles an anti-dragon shield. Curiously she's capable of wielding the Saradomin sword with just one hand, although the weapon is normally two-handed. She shares this trait with Vannaka and Kamfreena.
- If the player talks to Morgiana after first talking to Ali the Tea Seller, Morigiana shares that she has a family secret tea recipe. After Morgiana refuses to give the recipe to the player, they respond with "Alright then. Keep your secrets". This is a reference to a scene in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring where Frodo Baggins says the same thing as a response to Gandalf the Grey, which later became a popular internet meme.
