Ourg Freezer II is an elite combat achievement which requires the player to kill General Graardor without him attacking any players.
Strategy
This achievement is best combined with Ourg Freezer, as the player has to bind Graardor to kill him anyway.
Alternatively, the Ranged method using an Armadyl crossbow or Bow of Faerdhinen will complete this task if performed flawlessly. This option will not complete Ourg Freezer.
