Perfect Zebak is a master combat achievement which requires the player to defeat Zebak without taking any damage from incorrectly prayed attacks (excluding his blood magic), poison pools, blood spawns, and waves. All of his invocations must be activated to complete the task at raid level 150 or above.

Strategy

As Upset Stomach will be active, remember to take note that the water jugs have a 3x3 AoE and acid pools 5x5.

Taking damage from Zebak's roar attack will not cause the achievement to fail, so it can be significantly easier to tank the roar attack each time it happens and focus on dealing damage instead of setting up the jugs. Make sure the tile in front of you and a few tiles behind you are clear to not get pushed into acid during the attack. If one is specifically going for this achievement and healing is a concern for tanking, one can simply disable any of the lives invocations and die repeatedly to Zebak with the help of a Locator orb or Dwarven rock cake to obtain enough Honey locusts, which are stackable and can overheal above max health. Simply leave the raid after successfully completing the achievement.

With sufficient DPS, it's possible to skip one of the four special attacks Zebak would use, minimising the chances of failing the achievement as the acid pools are the only concern for the task. Standing next to the ramp to the water should avoid most if not all of the acid pools.
