Serpentine Solo is a master combat achievement which requires the player to kill the Leviathan without stunning it more than once with shadow spells.

Strategy

With full crystal armour and a Bow of faerdhinen, the player should be able to deal a good amount of damage, alternatively, a zaryte crossbow with enchanted ruby bolts and a little luck can also work.

At the end of each volley, the boss will roar and cause debris to fall around the arena, with one falling down on the player's location as a permanent spawn for the remainder of the fight. Players will take minor unavoidable damage from the roar, but can avoid the debris by moving away from where they stood. Every subsequent volley of attacks will increase in intensity, which can make it difficult to switch prayers at later volleys. The sequence of attacks are as follows:

• 3 tick attacks with magic and ranged
• 2 tick attacks with magic and ranged
• 2 tick attacks with all three styles
• 1 tick attacks with magic and ranged
• 1 tick attacks with all three styles
• All three styles with faster projectile time (2 ticks to react)
• All three styles with even faster projectile time (1 tick to react)

The player should be able to comfortably handle at least the first five attack speeds without much issue before stunning the boss. When the boss has lost 25% of its health or is stunned, its attack speed will decrease. Ideally, the boss should also be using the Lightning Barrage special attack, as the player can still attack safely with a 4 or 5-tick weapon while dodging the attack, which also lasts longer and allows the player to continually attack compared to the Smoke Blast attack, which is faster and has less chances to attack the boss.
