The Sigil of Finality is a tier 3 combat Deadman Mode sigil. Like all sigils, the un-attuned version is dropped by most monsters (via the Deadman Mode drop table) and is tradeable on the Grand Exchange. It can be activated by clicking Attune.

Deadman: Reborn	Activate the Sigil to guarantee 100% accuracy on your next special attack. Once activated, the Sigil has a 2-minute cooldown.
