Skilling Prodigy was a Tier 1 Relic in the Trailblazer League. Skilling Prodigy gave the following benefit:
All non-combat skills (including Slayer) are permanently boosted by 12. When skills are boosted beyond 12 levels, the level will drain back to the standard +12 boost over time. By the same token, when skills are drained down, they will eventually restore back to +12.
Skills will not receive additional boosts over their base level unless the boost would naturally be greater than +12. For example, a +5 spicy stew boost will not stack with the +12 boost of this relic.
