The smelly sock is an item that may be obtained by rummaging through the spooky cauldron and taking "something smelly". It is used alongside the old wool, bruised banana, and spooky egg to create the terrifying charm, which are used in the 2022 and 2023 Halloween events.

The smelly sock has a "Sniff" option; when selected, it produces the message It is stinky. in the chat box.

During the 2022 Halloween event, it was randomly obtained by trick-or-treating men, women, and guards.

Outside of the Halloween events, it can also be obtained from a nasty surprise.
