The Yellow spice (4) is found on the floor inside the southern most room containing a Hell-Rat Behemoth along the western wall in the Basement of Doom. The spice cannot be picked up, and is only used to indicate that the player will receive a Yellow spice (4) if the behemoth is defeated by the player's cat.
