The plague trousers is a quest item used only in Sheep Herder. It and the plague jacket are obtained from Doctor Orbon by purchasing it from him for 100 coins.

It is used to prod the sick-looking sheep into the pen.

It cannot be obtained again after completing the quest. It forms half of the plague suit set, the other half being the plague jacket.
