The Portrait is a quest item used only in The Knight's Sword. It is found in a cupboard on the 2^nd floor^[UK]3^rd floor^[US] of the White Knights' Castle in Falador after talking to the Squire.

It is given to Thurgo so he can study the sword design.

Duplicates can be drop tricked to obtain another. After talking to Thurgo about the picture, all copies of the portrait in the inventory are deleted.
