The big chest is a bank chest that is found in the Giants' Foundry during the Sleeping Giants quest. It is functionally identical to a normal bank chest, and allows access to the player's bank and Grand Exchange collection box. Like any other banking facility, it is indicated with a bank icon ().
During the quest, players can 'Inspect' the chest to learn about the chest from Kovac.
After repairing all of the tools and talking to Kovac, the big chest becomes a bank chest and loses its Inspect option.
