The Quartermaster is a non-player character found in the Tyras Camp. At his store, the Quartermaster's Stores, He sells and buys every kind of halberd except for the white halberd and the Crystal Halberd, which can only be obtained from Sir Vyvin in Falador and from Islwyn respectively. Upon completion of Regicide, players may purchase a dragon halberd from him. Regicide will need to be completed before the Dragon halberd stock changes from 0 to 5.
