Tyras Camp is in a secluded part of Isafdar, the elven forest. It is the camp of King Tyras and his soldiers. You gain access to Isafdar and the camp during the Regicide quest. You can buy every type of halberd (with the exception of the white halberd, which can only be bought in the White Knights' Castle, the crystal halberd, and the noxious halberd) in a store there, including the dragon halberd.

The easiest way to reach Tyras Camp after the Regicide quest is to go to Catherby and charter a ship to Port Tyras, which will cost you 3,200 coins (1,600 coins if Cabin Fever is completed or the ring of charos(a) is worn, 800 coins with both). If you have 76 agility, you can also use fairy ring BJS and run north.

Note that if you have reached Tyras Camp in the Regicide quest, you can buy all the halberds from the store except for the dragon halberd, which requires completing Regicide.

General store

There is one general store located in Tyras Camp, run by the Quartermaster. The store uniquely carries most types of halberds from bronze to dragon.
