Garl is an adventurer on the Isle of Souls. He can be found exploring the forest clearing south of the red Soul Wars team's base.

He came to the island after Nomad first opened it up, and while he has found various useful resources and features on the island, he fears something sinister is afoot. He seems to have set up a small temporary camp with a fire, and he can be found with a fly fishing rod and a plank spawn next to him; his main camp can be found on the northern coast, just east of the bridge leading to the Crumbling Tower.
