A cow mask is a holiday reward received from Old School RuneScape birthday events. It is part of the Cow outfit.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room, as part of the 2014-15: Cow suit set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.

Trivia

• The cow mask was originally created for the Duke of Bridgelum random event, in which players would have to reassemble dead cows from their component parts. The project was cancelled after testers pointed out that the dismembered cow parts looked grotesque.
  • It was then offered as a cosmetic reward from the Nightmare Zone minigame in Old School feature poll 10: New Rewards, but failed the poll with only 73.1% support. It would later be given for free as part of birthday events alongside the full cow outfit.
