Toll Dodger is a Steam achievement task, which requires the player to Pass through the Al-Kharid/Lumbridge gate without paying in order to be completed. Completing this achievement requires the Prince Ali Rescue quest to be completed, which unlocks free passage through this gate at one of the final steps in the quest.
This quest does not have any high requirements, making it a useful quest to unlock as soon as possible. The sooner players complete this quest, the sooner they will save money on passage through the Al Kharid gate.
