Steam Badges can be displayed on a user's Steam profile. Players are able to earn and upgrade these badges on Steam by collecting complete sets of trading cards. The highest level badge owned will be displayed. They became available upon the release of Old School RuneScape's Steam Client on 21 February 2021.[1]
There are currently 6 badges that are associated with Old School RuneScape, including a foil badge; they are themed after iconic capes. While the first five badges are sequential, and must be obtained in order, the foil badge is completely separate and may be obtained at any time by completing a set of foil trading cards. Earning a badge (regular or foil) awards 100 Steam XP.
