The barronite head is one of the three parts of the barronite mace, obtained from smashing barronite deposits on the Barronite Crusher in the Ruins of Camdozaal's next to Ramarno.

Alongside 1,500 barronite shards, a barronite guard, and barronite handle, it can be restored to a barronite mace by Ramarno.

The head can be exchanged for 100 Barronite shards by showing it to Ramarno. However, casting High Alchemy on it is usually preferable.

Activating the Charm of Luck buff from Ramarno for 3000 Barronite shards will give a 5% boost of getting this item.
