Oziach is a middle-aged salesman with ties to the Champions' Guild.

During the 2021 Halloween event, he attempts to make a deal with the Estate agent to buy the Edgeville Monastery to live there, seeing it as a step up from his little humble house located at Edgeville. If his plans would come to fruition, the monks at the monastery would have to live somewhere else. This sets off protesting monks at Varrock, which lead to the events of the 2021 Halloween event.

Oziach shares a conversation with the Estate agent about thoughts to paint the monastery's walls with a nice bold red, like the dragon armour, or with green, in memory of a very mean dragon Elvarg. Oziach has also thought about adding a swimming pool, and converting the top floor into a bar.

Oziach has concerns if the Edgeville Monastery may be haunted, as he's not a fan of ghosts. Once the player and Iffie together pretend to be ghosts in an attempt to scare Oziach to believe the monastery is haunted, Oziach is still not too afraid and believes the problem with "ghosts" at the monastery can be solved by hiring a few slayers. Eventually Death himself comes, who scares Oziach so much he abandons the plans to purchase the monastery.
